Booking Information
Deposit & Payment
A 50% rental deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your check-in date.
Holiday Periods
During Christmas, New Year and Easter periods, weekly bookings only apply and rates may vary. Please enquire for specific pricing during these periods.
Cancellation Policy
- • More than 14 days notice: Full refund minus $50 administration fee, or the full amount transfers to a future booking.
- • Less than 14 days notice: Payments are non-refundable unless the property is successfully rebooked for the entire period, in which case the amount is credited toward a future stay.
